I am an experienced and friendly BACP Accredited Counsellor / Psychotherapist who works with adults on a one to one basis in South Birmingham, or via online / telephone platforms.

My role is to offer a calm, confidential and compassionate space where you'll be listened to without judgement. Together, we'll work to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, helping you find clarity, build resilience, and move towards a greater sense of ease and self-understanding.
