About me

I'm a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with over 20yrs experience of supporting adults in South Birmingham and online.

Clients often come to me when they're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, working through current issues, or are unsure how to move forward. My role is to provide a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.

Together, we'll explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, helping you to make sense of what's happening, build resilience, and develop greater self-understanding. I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, low mood, loss, relationship difficulties, and life changes.

My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental, I believe that therapy is not about �fixing� you, but about supporting you to connect with your own strengths and move towards a more settled and fulfilling life.

I balance support with gentle challenge, and draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to ensure our work is tailored to you as an individual.
