About me

Christine graduated from King's College London Dental Institute with Honours and completed her 3-year specialty training programme in Oral Surgery and is a registered Specialist in Oral Surgery on the GDC specialist list.

Christine is currently a Consultant Oral Surgeon at Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust and has previously been a Consultant Oral Surgeon and Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute and Sheffield Dental Institute.

Christine holds the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery and the Tricollegiate Fellowship of Oral Surgery from Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh She also holds a Postgraduate Degree in Dental Education and currently teaches and examines undergraduate and postgraduate dentists. Christine has published in several peer reviewed journals and has presented her work in national and international dental and surgical conferences.

Currently Christine works in both primary and secondary care. Her clinical interests include surgical exodontia, third molars (wisdom teeth), soft tissue lesions, management of jaw cysts, surgical endodontics, as well as the management of anxious patients under conscious sedation.

In her spare time Christine enjoys travelling and runs her own dental charity 'Mobile Smiles' which volunteers dental services to those less privileged in rural Africa.
