About me

Hi, I'm Taruna and I am here to support you with life's challenges. I have a warm and caring nature which will hopefully make you feel at ease within the therapeutic relationship. Within these Counselling sessions, you will be able to explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Counselling can give you the time and space to open up and talk freely about the things on your mind. I will be here to hear those thoughts in an empathetic manner.

I use a person-centred approach which puts you at the heart of the sessions and allows you to bring whatever you need to talk about. The sessions can help you to clarify things in your mind, offer new perspectives and challenge your thoughts.

I also offer solution focused therapy which looks at goals and current issues and helps you to move forward.

I am an Accredited Member of the BACP - MBACP (Accred). I can help with a range of issues, get in touch to find out more.
