About me
I am a UK-trained psychotherapist with psychotherapy and clinical psychology training, working with adults who seek deeper understanding, emotional healing, and meaningful change in their lives.
I offer effective, evidence-based therapy in a warm, collaborative, and deeply relational setting, where safety and trust form the foundation for lasting transformation.
My work integrates cognitive, emotional, relational, and somatic approaches, supporting transformation on multiple levels, from symptom relief to deeper shifts in how you relate to yourself and others.
My Approach
My core orientation is relational and psychodynamic, with strong foundations in Gestalt and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I am also trained in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).
This integrative training allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs. Some clients benefit from structured, evidence-based techniques that target specific symptoms (such as anxiety, trauma, or depression), while others need space to explore deeper relational patterns and unconscious dynamics that shape their lives. Often, meaningful change involves both.
I offer:
Evidence-based interventions (CBT and EMDR)
Trauma-informed therapy
Relational and psychoanalytic exploration
Somatic awareness and body-based processing
Experiential Gestalt work
How I work
Our work together is collaborative. I do not position myself as someone who tells you what to do, but as a trained professional who walks alongside you, offering attunement, insight, structure where needed, and gentle challenge where growth is possible.
