I'm a counsellor and psychotherapist with over 16 years of experience. I'm interested in understanding how people think, act, and how our experiences shape us.

I specialize in treating a range of anxiety difficulties, including disorders such as OCD, GAD, panic, health anxiety, and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD).
I help clients manage anxiety-driven issues like self-doubt, difficulties with decision-making, and unhealthy relational patterns.
My work with anxiety involves using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns, reduce excessive worry, and build self-confidence.
Additionally, I use Psychodynamic Counselling when anxiety is rooted in past experiences, unresolved relational patterns, or childhood influences, aiming to uncover and address underlying emotional conflicts.
I am an Interpersonal Psychotherapist (IPT) and I assist with navigating life transitions and improving relationship dynamics using the IPT modality.
