Life can feel difficult, and we might not even know why. It can be helpful to work through our feelings in a safe, confidential, and supportive therapeutic relationship. I believe the answers are in us as individuals, and that we also benefit from being alongside someone as we explore our thoughts and feelings, and get a deeper understanding of ourselves.
