About me

I work with people to understand and work through the life challenges that can come up, expectedly or unexpectedly for them. With individuals, couples or groups, I provide a non-judgmental space, supporting issues such as stress, anxiety, burnout, low mood, grief and bereavement, trauma, life transitions and personal growth. I help you to consider your unique context (historical, social and political), the circumstances in which you have lived, and how these experiences can influence the relationships you have developed with yourself and others. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to developing your self-awareness, healing and growth.

With 15 years' experience, I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, EMDR, compassion focused and narrative therapies, alongside cultural sensitivity to create meaningful change in line with your goals. I build on your existing strengths, values and resources, while using creative, integrative approaches to ensure your personalised and effective care.

We all experience times of feeling stuck or uncertainty how to move forward. I understand the courage it takes to seek help and how confusing it can be to know what support is right for you. I create a respectful and supportive space, working collaboratively with you to explore and process what is happening for you and to create change in line with your goals. Please reach out if you are interested in working together or to arrange a first appointment.
