About me
I am a consultant Gynaecologist and sub-specialty trained Gynaecological Oncologist at Cambridge University Hospitals. I did my undergraduate training at the University of Cambridge followed by general Obstetric and Gynaecology training at Cambridge University Hospitals and the surrounding district general hospitals.
I then took time out to undertake research on Human Papillomavirus transmission and the early detection of Cervical cancer. This led to the award of a PhD from the University of Cambridge and multiple awards for my research including highly competitive grants from Cancer Research UK and more recently the Gates Foundation.
I was then selected for the prestigious Royal Marsden sub-specialty fellowship in Gynaecological Oncology. Here I trained under world renown surgeons and oncologists which allows me to offer comprehensive surgical treatment for all gynaecological cancers. I am also accredited for colposcopy with the BSCCP and am also a certified BIARGS/SERGS robotic surgeon and trainer.
