About me
Dr Qaisar Khalil is a Consultant in Pain Medicine at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He specialises in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions, using a holistic and patient-centred approach supported by evidence-based interventional techniques.
His clinical expertise includes spinal and neuropathic pain, joint and musculoskeletal pain, pelvic and visceral pain, post-surgical pain, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). He performs a full range of interventional procedures including radiofrequency treatments, nerve blocks, epiduroplasty, sympathetic blocks, joint injections, lidocaine infusions and headache interventions.
Dr Khalil completed his Fellowship in Pain Medicine at the Oxford Pain Medicine Centre and is actively involved in education and ongoing clinical research. He is committed to helping patients improve function, independence and quality of life.
