About me

I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I am trained in person centered therapy, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis.

I have been in private practice over ten years and have seen clients with many issues around stress, anxiety, relationships, financial and work worries, addiction recovery and bereavement.

Additionally I completed US based training to become a Psychology of Eating Coach and can help clients who experience disordered eating.
