About me

We are an independent clinic specialising in treating runners and sporting injuries. As a passionate athletes themselves, both Tom and Sasha know the unique demands of sport and are dedicated to getting athletes back to their best as quickly as possible. With full access to a gym and outdoor space we have all the equipment necessary to provide expert care.

Whilst we do specialise in runners and sports physio, we also have many years of experience treating injuries of all kinds, including back and neck pain, tendon pain, pre- and post- operative rehabilitation and many more injuries.
