About me

I am a person centred qualified, accredited counsellor and a Supervisor of other counsellors with many years of experience. I am registered with the BACP and fully insured.

About me and my practice:
As a trauma informed practitioner, I understand that trust can be one of the most challenging aspects of a relationship to develop. By gradually building a good rapport with clients, my aim is to offer a place just for you, to tell your story, explore the things that weigh you down and prevent you from living well and making good choices. I am a down to earth, relatable, and approachable person. I work with all aspects of relationships with a specific interest in working with women, men & young people from all communities. I have specialist training in supporting those who have experienced trauma and with survivors of sexual & domestic violence and abuse. I offer collaborative therapy within a humanistic/person-centred framework, drawing on a variety of methods and tailoring the approach to the individual depending on your unique needs and what you choose to bring to therapy.

Practice description:
My practice is based at a GP surgery in Chalfont St Peter. I work face to face and online. Sessions can be as few or as many as you feel you need.

Please email me if you would like an introductory telephone appointment to see if we are a good fit, to discuss your needs and to see how we can work together.
