Taking the first steps toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but a trusting, compassionate, and non-judgmental relationship is at the heart of my approach. I offer tailored psychological therapy to help you explore challenges, connect with your strengths, and move toward holistic wellbeing. I understand the role cultural and social contexts play in shaping mental health and wellbeing, and I am dedicated to creating an affirming space for clients of diverse backgrounds, sexualities, and identities. Together, we'll work to overcome obstacles and foster growth in a supportive, inclusive environment.
As a clinical psychologist, I hold expertise in working with various challenges, including anxiety (social anxiety, health anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic and OCD) low mood, low self-esteem, and trauma. I work with individuals and couples facing relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity issues, and the effects of grief and loss.
I offer evidence-based therapy that is collaborative and person centred. My main approaches are Compassion Focused Therapy, attachment based approaches and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work integratively, drawing upon my training in narrative therapy, systematic therapy and psychodynamic ideas to support you to develop new insights and reach your goals.
