About me
I am a UKCP-accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 22 years of experience in mental health services, including the NHS, voluntary agencies, and private practice.
My journey began with a degree in psychology, followed by training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the University of Leeds, where I achieved a Master's degree in 2007. Since then, I have continued to deepen my knowledge through extensive additional training.
Throughout my career, I have worked with people from all walks of life, offering both brief and long-term therapy to support them through a wide range of challenges. I have comprehensive experience in assessment and treatment across voluntary and statutory services, and I am committed to providing a compassionate, confidential, and tailored approach for each client.
At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space, somewhere you can explore your thoughts and feelings with care, curiosity, and without judgment. Whether you are facing a specific difficulty or seeking deeper self-understanding, I aim to provide a professional and personal service that meets you where you are.
