About me

I am a couples and relationship therapist based in Meopham,Kent offering face to face and online appointments.

I'm also experienced in working with depression and low moods, bereavement and loss, anxiety, modern day dating concerns and low self esteem, parenting concerns. I also work with older teenagers and young people.I have lived experience and work with ADHD.
