Welcome to my profile. Seeking counselling for the first time can feel quite daunting but it doesn't need to be. I can offer you a ten minute complimentary
telephone consultation to answer any questions you may have about counselling.

I am a registered and accredited therapist experienced in working with depression, low moods, bereavement and loss, anxiety, modern day dating concerns and low self esteem, parenting concerns. I also work with older teenagers and young people.I have lived experience and work with ADHD.

Through our work together, I can help you make sense of things and get back on track if that's what you are looking for.
