About me

I am a relational psychotherapeutic counsellor and clinical supervisor with UKCP with many years' of experience gained through various organisations including; NHS (Iapt), local charities, education and private practice. �
I endeavour to provide a safe, confidential, welcoming space to exlore your difficulties. I will draw upon different theories to find what best suits you and your needs. It is paramount that you feel comfortable with your therapist, as the therapeutic relationship is the 'key' to ensure you feel safe and comfortable to be able to bring whatever it may be.
I offer sessions online, outdoors and face to face in my private room in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds.
