About me
Many people come to me after monthsor even yearsof living with digestive symptoms that still don't fully make sense.
They've changed their diet, avoided foods, searched for answers online or followed previous advice, yet continue to experience bloating, IBS, reflux, constipation or other ongoing digestive symptoms. Over time, food can become confusing, restrictive and something to worry about rather than enjoy.
My role is to help change that.
As an HCPC Registered Dietitian with more than 10 years of NHS clinical experience, I help people understand what may have been overlooked and provide clear, evidence-based nutrition support tailored to their individual needs.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice or unnecessary food restriction. Every consultation starts by taking the time to understand the whole pictureyour symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, eating habits and personal goals. Together, we'll identify what may be contributing to your symptoms and develop a practical plan that works in everyday life.
My aim is not simply to improve symptoms, but to help you regain confidence with food, make informed choices and move forward with greater clarity.
I offer consultations online throughout the UK and in person at Health Village Esher, Surrey, welcoming both privately insured and self-funding patients.
