I offer face to face therapy at Lewes Therapy Centre, East Sussex, and also online therapy.
I'm a Registered Nurse and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 30 years of experience in the NHS working as a CBT Therapist within a Psychological Therapies service for over 15 years. I work with individuals who are aged 18+.
