About me
I am a MBACP (Accred) Relational Therapist and NLP Coach, with extensive training in Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Jungian, and Person-Centred approaches. My work is grounded in anti-racist, feminist, and culturally responsive principles, providing a safe and inclusive therapeutic space.
I hold an MSc in The Psychodynamics of Human Development from Birkbeck, University of London, and have trained at The Gestalt Centre, Metanoia Institute (London), and Connexus Institute (Hove).
With a background in supporting high achievers, creatives, and those navigating life transitions, I have extensive experience in helping individuals address challenges related to change, confidence, assertiveness, and communication. This includes working with imposter syndrome, boundary setting, perfectionism, burnout, creative blocks, grief, loss, and menopause.
My clinical experience includes working as a Relational Therapist in the NHS (East London NHS Foundation Trust), supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse, and as a Bereavement Counsellor at Royal Trinity Hospice. I also have significant experience working with relational dynamics, codependency, attachment issues, transgenerational patterns, and overcoming narcissistic abuse.
My approach is best suited to individuals looking for a depth-oriented, relational way of workingthose who wish to explore patterns, unconscious processes, and relational dynamics to gain deeper self-awareness and lasting change.
I work internationally with expatriates, migrants, and globally mobile individuals, supporting them through challenges related to identity, belonging, cultural transitions, and cross-cultural relationships. Having lived and worked across different countries, I understand the complexities of adapting to new environments, navigating life abroad, and maintaining relationships across borders.
I have also served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Polish Association of Psychologists and have delivered coaching and training within Women's Development Programs. As a member of the Primary Care Women's Health Forum, I support women through female-related health coaching, including hormonal well-being.
