About me

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor and psychotherapist working in Romsey. I also offer video and telephone sessions.

My therapeutic approach is warm and empathic. I provide an accepting, confidential space where we work together through the problems you are experiencing. The pace and focus of the sessions is adapted to your individual needs to ensure you get the most benefit from your therapy.�

My core therapeutic modality is Transactional Analysis, a humanistic approach that offers intuitive and practical ways of understanding and changing problematic thinking, feeling, behavioural and relational patterns.

I also integrate other approaches in my work, including EMDR, Gestalt, Person-centred, Focusing Oriented Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Polyvagal theory. Additionally, I draw on creative and experiential methods such as Mindfulness, grounding, visualisations and art therapy.
