About me

I am a Person Centred psychotherapist specialising in anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity and OCD. I provide a safe and compassionate environment both online and face to face where clients can explore and process difficult experiences, emotions and feelings. To feel out of control, overwhelmed and not ourselves can be extremely scary and unsettling. With awareness of ourselves, what's going on, how we are reacting to things and with support it can enable clients to feel more empowered to change what needs to be changed and feel more in control.
