About me

I am a BACP accredited integrative counsellor, qualified to work systemically with children, young people and adults.

I use person centred, psychotherapy,
CBT, play therapy ,existential, experiential modalities as well as TF CBT and Rewind therapy.

Areas of interest

I work with all ages 5-95.I work with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship issues, Grief and Loss, Neurodivergence.

Together we go deeply into current painful situations and try to manage difficult feelings. We will explore past behaviour and relationships and uncover unconscious patterns that mirror or cause current issues. Our work can seek to find the meaning of your life and what you desire for the future and if you chose to, we can manage behaviours and patterns you may wish to change.
