About me
I am a BABCP-accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and EMDR therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. I trained at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN), King's College London, under some of the country's leading experts in mental health research and interventions.
I have extensive clinical experience, having worked with the South London and Maudsley Foundation Trust in both primary care psychological therapies and within the specialist Autism and ADHD service (National Adult ADHD and Autism Psychology Service, Maudsley Outpatients).
As a warm and approachable clinician, I am passionate about helping individuals explore the factors contributing to their challenges and how they can implement positive changes to achieve their goals. Compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, guided by National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) standards, are central to my approach.

HOW I WORK
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Additionally, I draw upon third-wave modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Mindfulness.
I provide therapy for adults with a range of mild to moderate mental health needs, including:
 Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
 Panic Disorder
 Social Phobia
 Trauma
 Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
 Obsessional Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
 Low Self-Esteem
 Worry and Stress
Difficulties related to autism and/or attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
I offer short-term and medium-term therapy (up to twenty sessions) for adults. Therapy sessions typically occur on a weekly basis, with CBT sessions lasting 50 minutes and EMDR sessions lasting 60 minutes. I offer both digital therapy via Microsoft Teams and face-to-face sessions, depending on your preference.
If you would like to learn more about my approach or explore whether we would be a good fit, feel free to reach out for an initial consultation.
