About me

There are times when life feels overwhelming, relationships become strained, or we find ourselves feeling low without knowing exactly why.

?Therapy offers a confidential, and supportive space to explore these thoughts and emotions in a safe and welcoming environment.

???I've been a practising therapist since 2011, beginning my work with clients at Cruse Bereavement Support. I later joined the Oxford Counselling Centre, where I supported individuals from a wide range of backgrounds facing a variety of challenges. Since 2018, I've been working in private practice, and have also led psychotherapeutic and support services within both private healthcare and charitable organisations.

????I am an accredited member of the BACP and BABCP, and hold an MSc in Counselling as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).??

Therapy is available in person, by phone, or via videowhichever suits you best. If you'd like to arrange an initial consultation, please feel free to contact me and I'd be glad to speak with you.
