About me
Mr Goran Ahmed graduated from Medical School in Iraq in 2009 and was the first of his batch. He commenced surgical training in a large tertiary centre and was awarded Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2015. He achieved board certification in 2018. In 2021, He completed two years of GMC recognised fellowship in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery. He passed the intercollegiate exam in General Surgery with Breast Surgery as special interest in 2021 and was admitted as a Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2021.
During his fellowship, he also completed a Masters degree in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery with Distinction from the University of East Anglia. In addition to oncoplastic surgery, Goran is trained in cosmetic breast surgery and it forms part of his usual practice.
