About me

I am an HCPC registered Specialist Dietitian with extensive experience across both NHS and private practice settings, supporting adults, children and adolescents with a wide range of nutritional, gastrointestinal and mental health conditions.

Alongside my clinical work, I am completing a Master's degree in Psychology and have additional certification in Menopause Care through the British Menopause Society, further supporting my specialist interest in the relationship between nutrition, mental health and hormonal wellbeing.

I have worked across acute hospitals, community services and specialist mental health settings, providing evidence-based and highly individualised nutritional support tailored to each person's medical, psychological and lifestyle needs.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative and practical, focusing on realistic and sustainable changes to support both physical health and emotional wellbeing.

I have specialist experience in Eating Disorders, Gastrointestinal Health, Neurodivergent Nutrition Support, Women's Health, Oncology and Complex Clinical Nutrition, with a strong focus on delivering personalised care in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
