About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist providing psychological therapy to adults online and in-person (North West London, NW3). I have extensive experience of working in both physical and mental health within the NHS and wider healthcare sector. I always endeavour to create a safe and non-judgemental space for individuals to work through personal issues, to heal, to increase self-awareness and to adopt helpful ways to navigate the complexity of life. As an integrative practitioner, I have trained in and draw on several models of therapy which are tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients.

Areas of interest

I work with people from different and diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of psychological issues. including but not limited to:
anxiety; depression; grief & loss; earlier life & current trauma; low self-esteem; relationship difficulties; stress management; performance pressure; navigating life transitions; living with & beyond illness; loss of purpose and meaning; fear of death and dying

My specialist area is clinical health psychology - psychological impact of living with a physical health condition. I have worked in this field, (in particular, cancer and palliative care), for several years within the NHS - helping individuals to cope with and to adjust to adverse, traumatic, life-threatening and life-affirming situations.
