About me

I'm a registered Clinical Psychologist. I work with clients online and in-person at my clinics in Hatfield and St Albans.

I enjoy supporting my clients to successfully navigate life's challenges to build more fulfilling, meaningful lives.

I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist after completing extensive academic and clinical training up to doctoral level. Over the years, I've gained valuable experience both in the NHS and in private practice. My NHS experience includes a mental health crisis service, community mental health teams and neurological rehabilitation unit. I also have experience of working at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery where I worked in a specialist headache centre.

My approach is grounded in a range of evidence-based therapies that are proven to be effective, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I aim to create a supportive space where we can work together to explore your difficulties and ultimately help you lead a more balanced, meaningful life. I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading fiction, exercising, hiking in the Lake District and spending time with my family.
