About me
Sarah is a Specialist Podiatrist at Zest Podiatry and Physio, with an interest in musculoskeletal and sports medicine. Originally from Northern Ireland, she qualified from the University of Southampton in 2015 and gained extensive NHS experience across rheumatology, musculoskeletal care, diabetes, wound management, and general podiatry before moving into private practice in 2023.
She is currently completing an MSc in Podiatric Sports Medicine at Queen Mary University of London, further developing her expertise in the assessment and management of complex MSK conditions. Sarah treats a wide range of presentations, from skin and nail conditions to more complex lower limb pain and injury.
Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys staying active through gym training and cricket and has a sporting background in horse riding and rugby.
