About me

I am a qualified, registered and professional Gestalt Counsellor working therapeutically with adults and young people. I have proven experience working therapeutically within differing environments including the NHS, further education and charity funded organisations.
The way I work, is to offer a warm, authentic, non-judgemental, safe environment for you to voice your thoughts, feelings and emotions and explore how these are currently affecting/impacting your life.

I offer in-person, online and telephone counselling, which can be either short-term or longer-term counselling.
