About me

I am a Doctor in Clinical Psychology and have worked in Senior Clinical Psychologist and Lead Psychologist roles within the NHS. I have over 13 years' experience, supporting adults and young people with a wide range of difficulties.

I routinely support individuals with issues relating to low-mood and depression, anxiety disorders and phobias, low self-esteem, relationship issues, perfectionism, self-criticism, burnout, and adjustment to difficult life events and circumstances.

I have a particular interest in helping people who are re-evaluating their identity and direction in life. I am passionate about enabling people to connect with their values to live lives that really work for them.

Eating Disorder Specialist Support: I provide specialist treatment for eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating, emotional eating, restrictive eating, and body-image struggles. Please see my website for more information.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that is tailored to each individual, offering a safe and supportive space to explore concerns and work towards meaningful change.
I offer leading evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and DBT informed therapy. For eating disorders, I am trained in Enhanced CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), CBT-10, Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA), Compassion Focused Therapy for Eating Disorders (CFT-E) and Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders (FBT).

I believe mental health difficulties are meaningful and understandable reactions to painful events and life situations. These challenges deserve to be approached with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

When we begin working together, I start by building a thorough understanding of what you're experiencing and why. People often tell me that by the end of the assessment, they feel more clarity and compassion toward themselves. This insight can open the door to lasting change.

Please get in touch to find out more about how we could work together towards achieving your goals or exploring what change could look like.
