About me

I am a Doctor in Clinical Psychology and have worked as a Senior Clinical Psychologist within the NHS, supporting young people and adults with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that is tailored to each individual, offering a safe and supportive space to explore concerns and work towards meaningful change.

I have specialist expertise in eating disorders, including Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, restrictive eating, and body-image struggles. I draw on leading evidence-based treatments such as Enhanced CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) and the Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA), alongside approaches like Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema Therapy. My style is warm, collaborative, and flexible, with a focus on supporting recovery and helping clients build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Areas of interest

I work with individuals aged 17 years and older. Alongside supporting people with a broad range of mental health concerns, I specialise in working with eating disorders and related difficulties, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, restrictive eating, and body-image struggles.

I also support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and low self-esteem. Many of the people I work with use food or self-criticism as ways of coping with distress, and therapy provides a space to find healthier, more sustainable alternatives.

I deliver a range of evidence-based therapies, including CBT, CBT-E, MANTRA, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, tailoring these to best meet each person's needs and goals.
