Lucia is a UK-registered osteopath with over 12 years of clinical experience supporting adults with a range of musculoskeletal concerns, including back and neck pain, joint discomfort, sports-related injuries, and postural strain.

She has a specialist interest in paediatric osteopathy and has undertaken advanced postgraduate training to work safely and gently with babies, children, and adolescents. Her approach combines structural and cranial osteopathic techniques, tailored to each child's stage of development and individual needs.

As a paediatric osteopath, Lucia is trained to recognise when symptoms may require further medical assessment and will refer to appropriate healthcare professionals, such as GPs, midwives, or other specialists, when necessary.
