About me

I am an experienced, warm and compassionate integrative psychotherapist. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy sessions tailored to meet the individual needs of each of my clients.

I am proud to work with clients from all different backgrounds, and my practice is open to everyone. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients and members of the LGBTQIA community, focusing on the unique experiences and challenges they may face. My goal is to explore all aspects of relationships, whether with oneself or with others, supporting better understanding and connection.

I have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of presenting issues/topics including depression and anxiety and low self-esteem, ADHD, autism, neurodivergence, trauma, complex relationships and grief. I also have worked with many clients who have been diagnosed with cancer or a terminal illness.

I believe in establishing a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect and collaboration. Together, we will work towards your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I am committed to helping you feel valued and understood as we navigate your process of therapy and positive change together.
