About me
I have been a Consultant Gastroenterologist with a special interest in liver disease since 2004. Clinical Director for Gastroenterology in Derby Royal Hospital. I am the immediate past Chair of the British Society of Gastroenterology Liver Section. During my training I obtained a PhD and am actively involved in national and international research studies which is both stimulating and affords the opportunity to remain at the cutting edge of advances in gastroenterology.
I am able to offer the full range of endoscopic procedures. liver biopsy and elastography.
I live locally, am married with children in later education and am actively involved within the community .
