About me
I qualified in medicine in 1999. After gaining extensive postgraduate experience in the Midlands and Devon, I was appointed as a Consultant Gastroenterologist in 2020. I have a strong interest in therapeutic and advanced endoscopy.
I completed my gastroenterology training across the Midlands and the Southwest, followed by an advanced endoscopy fellowship in Nottingham. In recognition of my expertise, I was appointed as a nationally accredited NHS Bowel Cancer Screening Programme (BCSP) colonoscopist in 2022.
I am an active member of the Hepatobiliary�Pancreatic multidisciplinary team and lead the Hepato?Biliary Endoscopy services at Leighton Hospital. Since my appointment, I have introduced several advanced endoscopic procedures, significantly enhancing local endoscopy services.
I provide comprehensive care for patients with general gastroenterological conditions, as well as those with liver and hepatobiliary diseases.
