I'm an integrative counsellor, working with adults over the age of 18.
I work using a combined approach to psychotherapy that brings together different elements of specific therapies.
I take the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations and so I consider each client's needs as a whole.
Counselling techniques are tailored to my clients needs and personal circumstances.
