About me

I bring 18 years of experience as a MH nurse and 8 years of experience as a CBT Therapist. I have training and experience in support individuals using various approaches CBT, ACT, CFT

I have learned that over the years warmth, empathy, rewardingness and directiveness are equally important to the role of a therapist as is evidence base treatment methods. I believe that promoting a right atmosphere in sessions encourages and rewards change, that is inherently difficult.

Areas of interest

I provide effective, evidence -base interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of emotional disorders, PTSD, OCD, Panic, Health anxiety, social anxiety and depression. I also work with issues in relation to work, relationships and life factors causing distress.
