I work with adults on a variety or concerns, including Anxiety; Depression; Confidence & Self -esteem; Stress; PTSD & CPTSD; Bereavement and Loss.

As an integrative counsellor I draw on a variety of approaches and tailor them to suit the needs of the individual client. I use person-centred/ humanistic, psychodynamic and trauma-focused CBT.

I offer face to face sessions in Banbridge Business Centre, Monday to Friday. I also provide sessions remotely, via Microsoft Teams.
