Hello, I'm Maria,
Registered Dietitian
I have been a Registered Dietitian for 20+ years. I started working in weight management and more recently specialising in gastroenterology, specifically in digestive conditions like Crohn's, Colitis, and Coeliac Disease.
My main interest is Disorders of Gut Brain Interaction (DGBI) such as Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), IBS with predominant constipation, IBS with predominant diarrhoea, IBS with mixed bowel habits, Functional constipation, Functional diarrhoea, Functional dyspepsia, Abdominal pain, bloating/distension, Inflammatory bowel disease with IBS symptoms in periods of remission, and other gut related conditions.
As well as completing the KCL-Advanced Dietary Management and low FODMAP Diet in IBS, I am now a qualified Hypnotherapist with a specialty in gut-directed hypnotherapy.
