Mark Cynk is Consultant Urological Surgeon and Lead Clinician in Urology at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

His clinical practice includes all aspects of general urology, with special interests in endourology, laparoscopic and robotic kidney surgery, stones, and laser surgery. He is a pioneer of Holmium Laser Encleation of the Prostate in the UK, and is Chairman of the Holmium Academy, which organises training and mentorship in laser surgical techniques worldwide.
