About me

I have worked for many years in the mental health field both within the NHS and teaching and supervising on CBT courses at Southampton University. I initially started put my career working as a mental health practitioner for early intervention in psychosis before processing on the specialising as a CBT Therapist over 12 years ago. Since then I have trained in numerous other therapeutic approaches so can adapt our work to best suit your needs. I have extensive skills, knowledge and experience of working with a wide range of difficulties.

I take a compassionate approach with all my clients, helping to create a safe and calming space for us to explore and understand the difficulties that are bringing you to therapy. There will never be any judgement or assumptions, rights, wrongs or supposed to's, just a gentle curiosity to understand and support you.
