About me

I am a Counsellor & Psychotherapist accredited with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

I offer a safe and confidential space for individuals to unload and explore what they are experiencing. My work is non judgemental using humanistic and psychodynamic principles. I work in a directive and non directive way using approaches to suit the individuals needs. This can include solution focus work, CBT, and transactional analysis.
