About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist and accredited Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist, using a range of approaches to help clients navigate life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, or stress, I offer a supportive, warm, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and emotions. Through evidence-based techniques, I support my clients in developing practical skills to understand and manage negative thinking patterns, build resilience, and nurture self-compassion.
Together we will gain a deeper understanding of your needs, and work collaboratively to help you achieve lasting change and improved wellbeing. Alongside CBT, the approaches I use in my work include Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Systemic and Attachment theories.
