About me

I am an Accredited Integrative Counsellor with the BACP and NCPS, specialising in bereavement, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma as well as being an autism informed practitioner.

I believe that one size does not fit all, so my approach offers flexibility to suit 'you' as an individual. By blending different therapeutic methods, I will support you not only to explore how your past maybe impacting your present-day life, but also to look forward to a more purposeful and meaningful life. I will guide and support you so you will gain a better understanding of self, your feelings and consequently your life.

As an an autism informed practitioner I am dedicated to providing a therapy space that truly respects and embraces neurodiversity. I adapt my communication and therapeutic techniques to meet the unique sensory, social, and emotional needs of autistic clients, ensuring sessions are accessible and comfortable.
