About us

KINLAB provides high quality physiotherapy, strength and conditioning and sports massage in Southend and the surrounding areas. We provide quick and effective assessments in order to create a personalised treatment plan for all our patients. We aim to meet the goals of every individual and motivate them on their road to recovery from injury or surgery.


Our clinic has private treatment rooms, a fully fitted gym, infrared sauna and cold plunge. Home visits are also available.


Free and accessible onsite parking.
