About me

Trauma Informed: Neurodivergent affirming. I am experienced in all aspects of counselling.

I have a background in Education and SEN before training to be a Psychotherapist.

I specialise in relationship issues including marital issues, communication problems, parenting and managing relationships.

I also work with anxiety : rumination, panic, PTSD and help with self regulation through breathing techniques and other tools.

I have training in infant loss, infertility and IVF.

For those who are interested I am a creative therapist using pictures, sand tray and nesting dolls. Also mindful visualisation.
