About me

I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, fully accredited with the BABCP.

I have worked in mental health services since 2009 and possess an extensive portfolio of clinical experience, including a Clinical Lead role in an NHS service and a Lecturer role on a Postgraduate University course training CBT therapists and Clinical Psychologists.

I am a compassionate and attentive therapist, dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can openly explore their difficulties and experiences. I tailor CBT to meet the unique needs of each person, supporting them in gaining insight and empowering them to make lasting change.

I specialise in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, OCD, Panic, and PTSD. I have successfully treated many individuals with these conditions, and in my role as a lecturer, I have trained other therapists in delivering effective treatment.

I also have a specialist interest in working with stress and burnout, perfectionism, and low self-esteem. Additionally, I have received further training in CBT for long-term health conditions, which involves helping individuals build skills to manage symptoms, reduce stress, and improve their quality of life.

I am able to see people aged 18+
