About me

With 20 years experience of working as a therapist, including 12 years working as a CBT therapist for the NHS, I bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills to my work with clients. My approach focused on helping you develop a greater understanding of yourself and what changes you can make to move forward.
We will work together and I will share information, theories and reflections sometimes using diagrams and pictures, sometimes using tools and techniques to practice and explore.
